    Hello,

    the problem is

    "<br /> <b>Warning</b>: fopen(/var/www/html/meuslugares/install/../config/config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in <b>/var/www/html/meuslugares/install/app/helpers/common.helper.php</b> on line <b>309</b><br />

    Unable to open file!" 

    The PHP script couldn't read the files inside "config" folder, so you should set permission 0777 or 777 on "config" folder then let us to check it.
