if you have a VPS you should set php 'php' instead "/usr/bin/php", this command is provided from CPANEL not in server self configured (VPS).

We checked your dashboard link is not working correctly in your server, you have a trouble with folder permissions, so you can't  use this script with this configuration.

If you want solve that, you should set permissions to those folder by root:

755 for  '/var/www/html/meuslugares/application/cache/sessions' 

755 for  '/var/www/html/meuslugares/config' 

Please don't forget to downgrade the PHP version to 5.6 or 7.0 the restart the apache
