This is two folds:
1 - how do I increase the number of store for an account is limited to (from 10) *AFTER* the account was created? I change the default number under configuration but the admin is still limited to only 10 stores. If you have a SQL query to fix that I will run it.
2 - The stores are not showing up under the offer - for the same account that created them. The account was granted Owner permission. I even try to change it back to Admin and the stores does not show up on offer section.
3 - Even as site admin - I cannot see all the stores to send an offer. I only see the stores that I created - is that normal?
