Caches isn't necessry to be stored in your host you can delete them if you want,
For maps that does not working , there's many reason why :
Regarding the date issue ,
it can be related to your timezone , because when you create a new offer or stores the system will get the current date system , this date are compared with your timezone then stored on. the database , so try to change the timezone to fix that .

maps is working fine on android , but not on dashboard .
