Hello,
I tried to publish app to Google play but it doesnt work. There is a warrning:
"your API is 27 ... you need to upgrade to API 28"
And the app in android studio generetes warnings also:
WARNING: The following project options are deprecated and have been removed:
android.enableAapt2
This property has no effect, AAPT2 is now always used.
Affected Modules: app
WARNING: API 'variant.getExternalNativeBuildTasks()' is obsolete and has been replaced with 'variant.getExternalNativeBuildProviders()'.
It will be removed at the end of 2019.
For more information, see https://d.android.com/r/tools/task-configuration-avoidance.
To determine what is calling variant.getExternalNativeBuildTasks(), use -Pandroid.debug.obsoleteApi=true on the command line to display more information.
Affected Modules: app
WARNING: The specified Android SDK Build Tools version (27.0.3) is ignored, as it is below the minimum supported version (28.0.3) for Android Gradle Plugin 3.4.1.
Android SDK Build Tools 28.0.3 will be used.
To suppress this warning, remove "buildToolsVersion '27.0.3'" from your build.gradle file, as each version of the Android Gradle Plugin now has a default version of the build tools.
Remove Build Tools version and sync project
Affected Modules: app
What can I do to fix it?
Thank you
Jay
Hello,
In your build.gradle file change these two fields :
Sync your android project , edit also versionCode and versionName and then generate a new release apk .
Good luck in your business
