    Hello, I have a problem. I bought both apps (iOS and Android). The bug occurs in both application. 

    When someone writes to me who has never written to me before I can not find his message. Push notification works fine. I can see a bubble with number of messages on inbox icon. But when I open inbox and refresh it there is no new message nor conversation.
