Hello, I am writing to ask for help with setting up the Dashboard. I am trying to install dashboard on Xampp localhost which uses 8080 port to communicate via HTTP. In my opinion, the problem is that the installer uses the admin path, which does not contain port http://localhost/NBS/, but I think should be http://localhost:8080/NBS/. How can solve it and can I set admin path manually? The Log file is attached below.

You made a mistake on database access , make sure the informations such as the database name , username and password are good, also the user has all permissions to access to this database .
