    Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to send Push Notifications to users who are not logged in to the application, as currently only those who are logged in receive notifications.

    Yes, this option is disabled, but users who are not signed in do not receive push notification

    In this case we have to customize the app to send push notifications to users who are not signed in , this can be done as freelance work.
