I think both the IOS and ANDROID package "WEB" directory is broken. The installer is not working properly. Can you try a fresh installation and see for yourself ?

    Thanks in advance!

Thats exactly the problem I'm talking about. I set all the permissions for the database user, and I even tried with the root user. I get the error message every time.

So, is it a bug? or I'm doing something wrong? Do you know how to solve the issue?

Can we chat in Skype? my id is [email protected]

I have some additional information, after I set my license, this is the response from https://api.droideve.com/api/api2/lvalidate :

    {"success":1,"dataconfig":"","datasql":"","datasettings":""}

dataconfig, datasql and datasettings comes back empty... maybe there is a problem in your validation server.

I even tried with an older version of the web panel that I was able to install like a few months ago, and when I tried to install it now, it has the same problem like the new version... so I'm starting to think that the new version is not the problem, maybe its the license validation or something like that. I hope this helps you.

    Hi,

I confirm there is a problem in the validation server, when i change version in the init.php from 2.7.1 to 2.6.3 it load sql data but with:

    Error Number: 1364

    Field 'updated_at' doesn't have a default value

    INSERT INTO `module_actions` (`module`, `actions`) VALUES ('store', '[\"add\",\"edit\",\"delete\",\"manage_stores\"]')

    Filename: modules/user/helpers/group_access_helper.php

    Line Number: 125

    Please correct this issue.

Can you send me new license codes for ios and android for me to test with lastest version... which is 2.7.1 i think ?

    tuisti replied

maybe you can share with me dataconfig, datasql and datasettings for 2.7.1,ns-ios and 2.7.1,ns-android and i can set that manually for installation.

  • ecsora replied

I changed the version just to check if the verification server respond if I downgrade the version, this is not the solution because i think the database schema is not the same. The solution must come from the dev team of nearbystore

Ok, can you pass this on to them?

This info will help them get it solved faster:

Fresh installation of version 2.7.1 from scratch fails due to not obtaining installation data through “install2/install.php” : $api_endpoint and $post_data are not retrieving “dataconfig”, “datasql”, and “datasettings”. The license server fails to recognize 2.7.1 as a valid version. Also “application/modules/setting/models/Update_model.php fails to obtain “linkerdata”, and “datasettings” to enable IOS API inside the admin panel dashboard when entering the IOS purchase key.

I received an email saying that the installation problem on the validation server was resolved.

I can confirm installation proceeds without problem.

    Now there is another problem:

I was able to install it. The only custom thing I had to do is replace localhost with 127.0.0.1, and the installation worked.

Its strange that I had to replace localhost, as 127.0.0.1 and localhost are exactly the same thing... but its ok.

Then I did all the configurations as specified in the "QUICK GUIDE" folder, and I built the app.
I created a user with the app and then in the admin I assigned it to business owner and confirmed the email for the account. Everything looks fine... but then in the app I login and I go to the left top menu and to BUSINESS MANAGER, and I get a screen saying "An error was Encountered" "The URI you submitted has disallowed characters."
    I attached a screenshot.

Is this a bug in the admin panel or the apps source codes?
Do you know how I can fix it?

    Thanks!
