I had make sure that all these requirements meet fulfil before contacting you.

 Something wrong! Caused by your server configuration Before contacting our support, please make sure the following requirement are done: 1. Config folder has permission 0777 2. index.php file has permission 0644 3. Server support mod_rewrite (Please Enable it then restart http server) 4. All privileges mysql user are guaranteed 5. be sure that the option ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY is disabled in your MySQL database Don't forget delete all tables from database "puharqie_puhanch2" and set it up Please check your Logs ([SERVER PATH]/application/logs), See logs file here

but its not working so it might be some other issue 

I did also crossed checked all these point as mentioned above and also below
